Thai Thai is an ode to the magic of home brewing: of the days we spent conjuring up mad recipes in a small Amsterdam kitchen; of going to the local market and coming back with striking red chili peppers, coriander, pungent lemongrass, oranges and galangal root. Using a Belgian Abbey yeast strain, Thai Thai follows the Belgian beer tradition of the Tripel but with a hoppy twist. The result is familiar, yet surprising. A spicy Thai dish trapped in a beer.
